Technical Help Desk
Maxon Australia is seeking a motivated and engaging helpdesk technician. Your tasks will include phone and written support, supporting Carrier operators and Enterprise plus M2M customers with Maxon wireless modem solutions plus other solutions provided by the company.
You will also be involved in the testing and development of wireless data modems, responsible for re-producing and analysing customer issues and liaising with R&D teams to resolving SW and/or HW issues and participating in road shows, field days and other demonstration and training opportunities.
You will ideally have previous experience, and appropriate qualifications. Desirable for candidate to have WWAN industry experience with HSPA/UMTS/GPRS products Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, drivers, and TCP/IP networking and Linux experience is highly desired. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
You must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency.
