'You can't manage what you can't monitor'

Yet another successful case of the implementation of Maxon's state-of-the art products.

Following the adage ‘You can't manage what you don't measure’, the Department of Water, Land and Biodiversity Conservation in South Australia (DWLBC) has significantly increased its water monitoring activities to meet the demand for resource condition information required by resource managers.

Monitor Sensoring

Integration of our exclusive ModMax has further advanced Monitor Sensors newly released, SL5 Smart Logger.


Monitor Sensors has released the SL5 Smart Logger with a ModMax Next G modem mounted internally. Used by the NSW Dept of Water and Energy to monitor water quality, it allows modem call-in for maintenance; automatic data uploads using the ModMax TCP socket facility and SMS response to return current readings and to trigger data connections to the data server. The low power consumption of an idle ModMax modem is of great benefit in these remote locations.
